 Built around the Learning Triangle of View, Read and Do, WILL-TV's RTL service offers workshops to show parents, teachers and child care providers how to use educational television, children's books and hands-on activities to increase learning. Through partnerships with such community agencies as Baby TALK, Even Start and Head Start, RTL reaches at-risk families across central Illinois.
